Сам отель хороший. Как здание. Есть утюг.доска. Фен. Средства гигиены. На отпуск выпало 2 дня рождения. Дочку поздравили 2 раза в ресторане и в отеле тортик. Мне собрали изь полотенца собаку и украсили же нашими вещами. А на следующий день пироденное (забыли до) Не работали все разетки А вот шатл на пляж и два молла распределены на два отеля. Поэтому не все могут сесть или уехать до отеля. Живая очередь. В ванной плохо пахло. Но по звонку пришли и все почистили. Не выносят весь мусор из номера, что очень странно. Бассейн хороший. Были в июне 2023

Hotel is good, but transfer from hotel to the beach and Dubai mall is bad, the driver didn't come to pick up us 3 times, 1time from Dubai mall, and 2times from La Mer Beach !!!
