one of the most ridiculous customer service and delivery logic. click and collect option doesn't allow customers to collect the products on a Friday and the customer service tells me that since an sms was sent to collect the item on a particular date if you do not show up you need call the customer service and check if we can come and collect it. customer service sounded like he had a nice afternoon lunch and was ready to sleep and i disturbed him.
