Апартаменты сто лет без ремонта. Персонал как манекены , здравствуйте, досвидания и все, любая непонятная ситуация, вопрос, вызывают стопор и звонок менеджеру. Из хорошего вкусный европейский завтрак(шведский стол).

Отвратительное место. Заселение почему-то с 15-00!!!! Мы приехали в 11. Уставшие. Голодные. Нам сказали номер готов. Можем заселить. Но за раннее заселение 300 дирхам. Это со скидкой. 6,5 тысяч!!! Капец. Никакого сервиса!!!! Пошли посмотреть территорию. Функционирует только один небольшой бассейн!!! Трэш. Посмотрим, что будет дальше

Отель не 5 звёзд. Как все говорят. Хотите испортить отпуск вам сюда. Отель построен в 2003 году, тогда и было 5 звёзд. А сейчас мертвые птицы в бассейне. Хамство на ресепшене. И когда выезжаешь просят поставить что все хорошо. Не надо портить свой отпуск. башню бурдж халив не видно. The hotel is not 5 stars. As everyone says. Want to ruin your holiday here. The hotel was built in 2003, then it was 5 stars. And now the dead birds are in the pool. Rudeness at the reception. And when you leave, they ask you to put that everything is fine. Don't ruin your vacation. the burj haliv tower is not visible.

Расположение отеля шикарное, но сам отель оставляет желать лучшего. Вкусно поесть можно только в пятницу и субботу, в остальные дни выбор из 6 блюд. Полотенца дают только на бассейн, с собой на пляж их брать нельзя. По букингу показано, что есть 3 бассейна, но можно пользоваться только 1 и на него не светит солнце.

A fairly good hotel with clean rooms, good kitchen and restaurant. They have a very special Lebanese bar with life music and rocking atmosphere as well as some nice souvenir shops inside. Location is perfect - right in front of Burj Halifa and Dubai Mall, just 3-5 minutes to walk. Recomend
