Our stay in Atlantis hasn't yet finished and I would like to express my gratitude to all staff members of this wonderful hotel. First, housekeeping staff is amazing. One of the differences I noticed here is that they take time to clean up your room through fully. Special thanks to Madam who is the head of housekeeping. She helped us sort out one issue with the mattress. I don't remember her name but she really tried hard and did very well. Now we enjoy our new bed here at room 13458. People at the restaurant deserve another mention since it's not my first review regarding restaurant staff. Starting from girls at the reception of Kaleidoscope restaurant and finishing with the chefs. The food is really really good. Especially the beef rumps, we have it everyday and it is our favorite dish here. So juicy, so tender yet crispy. That chef deserves the Michelin star from me. Warm gratitude to Mrs. Analin and Mr Shiva at beef rump station. They are always keen on meeting our demand. Once we got late for the dinner. My wife is on a diet and therefore eats only red meat, which is beef rump. Mrs Analin was very kind to cook beef Especially for her. She made our day that day. Staff at egg station is also worth mentioning. The vegetable inlet with double cheese is something I enjoy having every morning and it's thanks to them. Of course Waiters, all of them are great. Well trained, professionals of this business. Mr Ayaj, Mr Kausal and others I don't remember their names, but all of them are really nice people that we interact on daily basis. Atlantis is the place we want to revisit again and again, with our 4 kids or just our couple, we are always happy to have such blessing staying here.

Если вы едете на экскурсию и не планируете посещать аквапарк и аквариум, то вас ждёт доступ к деревенскому моллу, расположенному в одном крыле отеля. Доступа больше никуда нет. Сам отель даже с внешней стороны не выглядит впечатляюще. Emirates palace в Абу-Даби в разы лучше
