Very disappointed Because I have contract and when delivered the vehicle , he informed me that expire on Sep.2018 . I told him since last service made on Sep.10,2018 for 75000KM, officer never informed me, neither received any call or information by Email or SMS. Is this policy fair enough, Since 2007 I'm regular client of service centre, they must notified me. I really very disappointed by way of dealing by officer. I have no choice and delivered the vehicle at charges of AED2500 for individual service which feel like punishment to use No1 vehicle in UAE. I appreciate if you consider to extent service contract at promotion rate like previous and adjust the amount of AED2500 . Your early reply highly appreciate. Regards Athar Siddiqui
