Palm West Beach
The huge new Palm West Beach opens this week in Dubai, on the famous man-made island The Palm Jumeirah. Restaurants, bars, entertainment complexes and water sports centers will appear on the landscaped 1.6 km long embankment. The beach has already been named "the best place to see the sunset" and will be allowed access with animals. 300 palm trees will be planted along the walking and jogging paths - they will create a pleasant shade over the rest. The new beach will serve the island's 8 five-star resorts, including Fairmont The Palm, FIVE Palm Jumeirah Dubai, as well as SOHO Palm Jumeirah, Adagio Aparthotels, Byblos, Hilton Palm Jumeirah and One Palm.Categories
