i am a regular costumer i ordered 3 kilos of tuna fish and 3 kilos of scad fish and they received the order and agreed at 10 pm they will deliver but no one deliver no call no nothing, this was the 3rd times they do it to me. i called and ask the next day and impolite staff instead of saying sorry for his fault he explain blaa blaa blaaa come on! you have to say sorry for your fault and till the end of the conversation i didnt receive any apology. this is how you train your staff? you guys are earning from people and were paying you properly you should have to train your people how to be responsible and know how to deal with customer properly, disgusting employee. i would not recommend this grocery for all the customer very poor customer service.
