For Vegetarians: Dal Bukhara, Tandoori Phool and Tandoori Salad. Pass on the new Khurchan which was very mediocre.

Expect an authentic experience i.e. eat with your hands! :)Despite being a hardcore non-vegetarian, I LOVE their daal bukhara - creamy black lentils. It's worth the drive down to Ajman.
