Very bad customer service , especially from the delivery person , KUMAR. He behaved rudely with my family and accused us that the returned water can smelled of URINE ! We repeated that this is not true and the water can didn't smell of urine , still he harassed us by telling us we are lying ! I will not recommend anyone to buy from National Waters , because we cannot trust the attitude of their staff. One rude and disrespectful staff is enough to define a company. PATHETIC AND SHAMEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE !
