I had a very disappointing experience with Let’s Zinger. I placed my order on their website at 4:07 PM and realized right after (4:08 PM) that I had mistakenly selected Cash on Delivery instead of online payment. I immediately called their staff to request that they send a card machine with the delivery. The staff member said she would “let me know” — but never got back to me. After waiting 10 minutes, I had to call again, only to be told that the driver had already left and would “come back with the card machine.” Despite me informing them within a minute of placing the order, this turned into back-and-forth arguments for over 1 hour and 30 minutes. Finally, at 5:45 PM, I got a call from the delivery man saying he had just picked up my order, and that it would still take about 15 minutes to reach me. At that point, I had no choice but to cancel. Yes, they apologized, but an apology doesn’t give me back the wasted time, energy, and the fact that they completely killed my hunger. The communication, coordination, and service were extremely poor. I hope they seriously improve their customer handling and delivery process, because this was unacceptable.
