Zero star Sharaf DG ajman city centre in Ajman first of all they have very bad service to attend the customer second incase you buy anything from their and the product is faulty they would never help you at all...... For instance I bought Apple Watch series 9 and that was faulty pc they given us iCloud used watch and the customer service staff Ms. Laxmi + the manager of the sharaf DG city center they never helped . instead of helping they said it is from Apple side you can go mall of emirates Apple store + Dubai mall + zahia city center etc. and I went all those places and they said inform sharaf DG it is faulty pc they should return but Ms. Laxmi customer service never listened and their manager refused to help. now we decided to complain about sharaf DG ajman to DED, our money is not free, it is hard earned money. instead of sharaf DG better to buy products from other stores as sharaf DG Ajman they don't have Technician service staff also they don't know how to sortout or solve the issue of customers after sold the product, sale staff they just need to sale and complete the sales target, we will complain about sharaf DG to DED
