My experience with Qaser Zabeel Building Cont in Ajman, UAE, has been nothing short of a nightmare. If you value your time, money, and sanity, steer clear of this company at all costs. From the onset, it was evident that they lacked commitment to their work. The construction of my villa, which should have been a smooth and exciting process, turned into a never-ending series of disappointments. The quality of work was subpar, and their negligence resulted in significant flaws that marred the entire project. Even more frustrating was their complete disregard for customer service. During the maintenance period, when issues inevitably arose, attempting to contact them was an exercise in futility. Calls went unanswered, emails were ignored, and any semblance of responsibility was conspicuously absent. The lack of accountability starts from the top. Abdul Wahid and Thoufiq, the supposed leaders of this operation, displayed a shocking indifference to the concerns of their clients. It became painfully obvious that their sole motivation was extracting money, with little regard for the integrity of their work or the satisfaction of their customers. In essence, Qaser Zabeel Building Cont operates more like brokers than reputable construction professionals. They promise the world but deliver nothing but headaches and disappointment. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your construction needs. Trust me; you'll thank yourself later.
