They are a liars and cheaters they told us totally different things but they delivered totally the opposite .. first they never mentioned that conversation will be on the phone although i asked if via zoom or teams they said similar program will only not open a video for privacy but never mentioned the conversation will be on a phone .. can u image 2022 u call on phone and u have system works the other side may be if we are 1999 will accept.. they said will have a dedicated teachers follow her progress although when she connects whoever available from teachers will join her .. and they stay 15min going quickly through the lesson .. one time told a teacher can pls focus more with her cause every time u show her a letter by next time u start a new one she forgets, her reply was “if she forgets not my problem” 😳 another prank they said a sicologist expert will be with her to check how she does.. i never saw or heard that person… 5000 aed went for nothing.. حسبيا الله عليكم
