ordered something off of shein and this company contacted me for the delivery. i was expecting the package much later than when they first contacted me, surprisingly saying that i was going to get it on the same day (saturday). i stayed home the entire day waiting for that package, i couldn't go anywhere. then a delivery guy calls me and says that it can't be delivered today, because my location is too far?? (i live in ajman and the caller was also in ajman, and ajman isn't a giant city that you can't deliver a package within 10-20 minutes). so they tell me it's coming "tomorrow"... well today is "tomorrow". and apparently they don't work on sundays. i was told twice that it was coming today. the caller should have just told me to wait until monday, since i could at least expect it then. but now i'm upset, because when they called me today, they said they couldn't do it today, and they also asked if i changed my location, which i never did. and if "changing locations" delays the process, then this is dumb because i never did? and because the delivery guy didn't mention that they don't work on sundays, i now wasted so much credit on calling their contacts without getting a single response from an actual person. it always led me back to their prerecorded messages telling me to text a number. and in their contact bot on whatsapp, i don't even have the option to file a complaint without having to talk to someone! this is horrible and i wasted so much time waiting for something that never came. if my package doesn't come tomorrow, i'll be sure to never have anything shipped by them again.

شركة نصب ولا اتشرف بالتعامل معهم والسبب عدم المصداقيه تم طلب منتج من شركة و وصلني 1 وباقي 2 وشركة التوصيل قامت تكذب والمنتج مايسوا لاكن اوعدكم لا يمكن اتعامل مره ثانيه مع شركة التوصيل و المبيعات ولا انصح فيهم لـ ابراء الذمه
