Today marks two and half weeks since I heard the famous "we will come to you soon" promise. Unfortunately, paying in advance without checking the quality was a big mistake — one I never thought I’d make, and one I’m definitely paying for now. From the beginning, I provided a detailed technical drawing in a PDF with clear instructions. If I mistaken in those instructions, I would take responsibility. But the carpenter completely ignored instructions. As a result, the left drawer scratches the right side when opened, and the left cabinet door doesn’t even open fully. Their job was also to install cabinets. I repeatedly asked them to come before 1 PM so I could ventilate the house — I suffer from severe allergies and had an severe allergy attack just two months ago. I even told them clearly that exposure to strong fumes could land me in the ER — or worse. And yet, every day came with a new excuse why they could only come in the late afternoon. The manager’s response? Something close to “I have allergies too, and it goes away in a couple of hours. Nothing will happen.” Apparently, they believe they can make decisions about my health better than I can. Eventually, they delivered the cabinets in the late evening — and I had to call another team for installation in the morning. That’s when the real shock began. Welcome to the photos.
