The worst experience with a dress shop and I’ve previously purchased 6 dresses from different shops in Galleria Mall. I paid extra for a rush order customized dress and came to try the dress, it was 4 sizes bigger than the measurements they initially took. The dress was shortened too much from the front with no extra fabric to reverse it. The zipper broke and the lady was blaming it on me after she helped me close the zipper. The store did not provide us with a discount or store credit for the inconvenience and they lacked customer service skills. I would not recommend getting custom orders from this store cause they apparently cannot handle it.
