Worst Garage Experience – Car Clinic Ajman (GMC Acadia 2015) I took my GMC Acadia 2015 on March 3 for a noise issue. They misdiagnosed it as link rod and stabilizer, replaced them, charged me, and said it was fixed with a “guarantee.” Nothing was fixed. After that: A check engine light appeared The car was returned very dirty I found tools left inside the car (serious safety risk) Clips and covers were missing or poorly installed I left the car with them for over 3 weeks with no solution. Another staff member later admitted the first diagnosis was wrong and replaced engine mounts, charging me again after I already paid 1300 AED. Still the same problem. I also witnessed a staff member hit another car twice while reversing and maneuvering my car, which shows clear negligence. Communication is terrible: They never answer calls After payment, no one responds I went multiple times from Sharjah to Ajman, often by taxi at my own cost They kept saying “car is ready,” but when I arrived, it was not ready and not fixed No callbacks, no responsibility Parts and billing: The oxygen sensor was replaced with my approval, but I was not informed it was used (second-hand) Only after questioning the price, they admitted it They claimed other parts were new, but the invoice is unclear and misleading Final result: I paid money for nothing. I fixed the car elsewhere for 2800 AED, where the real issue was from the steering system, not the gearbox as they claimed. I have already filed a complaint with the Ministry of Economy UAE – Consumer Protection Ajman and am waiting for their response. Avoid this garage completely.Read more

للاسف جراج سئ واستغلال الزبون ف الأسعار وعدم مصداقية ويوجد غش وعدم ثقة تم زيارة كار كلينك جراج بتاريخ ٢٧ مارس ٢٠٢٥ وطلبوا مني اترك سيارة وتاني يوم هيبلغوني بالتكلفة والإعطال المطلوبة قبل البدا لكن لم يتم إبلاغي بالسعر والرسوم وطلبت واكدت لهم أن يتم تغيير قطع اصلية وليس تجاري أن يتم إبلاغي اولا بالسعر قبل التصليح اولا لكن تم تغيير قطع تجاري جانبين خلفيين بدل اصلية بتمن اصلية تم التأكد عند زيارة جراج اخر حيث أن السيارة لم يتم إصلاحها بشكل جيد ونفس صوت قديم قبل التصليح وعند استلام سيارة ولم يتم إعطاءي فاتورة بالمبلغ المدفوع لهم ولا فاتورة بالقطع مستبدلة وردوا بأنهم سوف يرسلوا ع واتس حتي الآن تم تواصل مرات دون رد ع واتس وعدم اهتمام وعدم مبالاه حاليا يتم تقديم شكوي ف اقتصادية عجمان , قسم حماية المستهلك بكل للتفاصيل ، تجربة سيئة للغاية كل واحد جراج يعمل اعلان ممول ع فيس عشان يشد الزبون ويقع ف الفخ يرجي زيارة جراجات المعروفة ذات المصداقية والتي لها مصداقية واسعار معقولة وتقييم جيد من العملاء حتي لا تقع ف الفخ.Read more
