(0 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience)
I had one of the worst professional experiences with Salam Al Sabah Interior Decoration LLC (SalamuAE.ae), and I strongly advise anyone reading this to avoid giving them any orders.
Management Failure:
The owner, Ms. Shaista Kanwal Danial Raza, appears to have no control or awareness of what is happening within her own company. There was zero coordination, zero accountability, and no clarity regarding order status. Commitments were made confidently, but none were honored. What was promised verbally and in writing was completely different from reality.
False Promises & No Delivery:
My order included:
• One executive manager desk
• One bookshelf
• One conference table
• Multiple workstation cabins
The order was placed 2 weeks in advance, with clear delivery commitments. Even after waiting 2 days beyond the promised timeline, I personally visited their joinery workshop only to find that not a single unit had been started or completed. This shows complete negligence and lack of seriousness.
Salesman’s Unprofessional Conduct:
The salesman, Mr. Nasir Malik, was cooperative only until:
• Quotation was shared
• Samples were discussed
• Advance payment was collected
After that, he became completely unreachable. Calls were ignored, messages went unanswered, and there was no follow-up or explanation when the delivery date arrived. This behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.
Zero Commitment & Wasted Time:
This company operates on fake assurances, misleading timelines, and false information. They clearly overpromise and underdeliver, with no respect for clients’ time, money, or professional relationships.
Final Warning:
If you value your business reputation and your relationship with your clients, do not give this company any work. Engaging with them will only bring delays, frustration, and embarrassment.
