The company charges premium rent by claiming the building is new, however the apartments suffer from poor design and multiple technical issues. Plumbing problems occurred frequently, and maintenance response times were very slow. When technicians eventually attended, issues were often assessed but not repaired, with repairs repeatedly postponed on the basis that they were “not an emergency.” None of these issues were resolved during my tenancy. Communication with management after signing the lease was disappointing. Several commitments made prior to moving in were not honored. Towards the end of the lease, my security deposit was not returned despite repeated follow-ups. I was asked to extend my stay instead, which I initially refused. I later agreed to remain for an additional 10 days after it became clear that the deposit would not be refunded, and I have written proof of this agreement. Despite this, on the original lease end date I was unexpectedly instructed to vacate the apartment immediately, with management claiming that I had breached the contract and forfeited my deposit. When I requested that either the agreed extension be honored or the deposit be returned so I could vacate, the electricity, including air conditioning, was disconnected while my family and I were still inside the apartment with our 20 day old newborn. This resulted in food and baby milk spoiling and caused significant distress. Subsequently, access to the apartment was denied while some of our belongings were still inside. Overall, my experience reflects poor professionalism and inadequate follow-up from management. The quality of service and living standards do not justify the rent charged. I would strongly advise prospective tenants to ensure that all agreements are documented clearly in writing and confirmed before committing.
