Very bad Service, can't trust on what they say. I buy a postpaid Sim with 1 year contract at AED 210 per month from on of they sales guy name Lalit. He promised me to give 20% discount on my every bill after I pay first 3 bills. Now he is asking for AED 100 processing fee which he did not inform me before. I paid six bills already and whenever I visit there to talk about my discount he gives me different reasons. As per my experience, they talk very politely before people buy SIM from them and after we buy their real way of talking to customer is very worse. I have never seen such worst customer service in sales industry before, especially in DUBAI.
