VERY BAD SERVICE, I took room their for one month in Nuaimia Tower C through Al WAHAT real estate llc and stayed in studio, room had many maintenance work which they never fixed - bad matter broken, kitchen exhaust and AC was not working, water liq from kitchen tap. I followed up several times but the they were always telling tomorrows we will fix and one month passed like that. I had paid full amount in advance and they said that gas is also included in the price but later when gas finished, he asked me to pay that he will pay me tomorrow again he never paid me this money which is totally Fraud and SCAM......... so I do not recommend anyone to book with them, they are lier, giving wrong information to people and charging extra money.
