Middle East has various locations among dubai and Sharjeh They are strict in their procedure to protect their rights and their tenants rights. Very happy with them and I highly recommend them.

Wow! I was surprised that there are new tenants moving in here. and reading reviews from a month ago? I hope these guys are reading bad reviews too — look no further now. I guess this is just about time to speak out. I am a previous tenant of this real estate, for a property in Jumeirah Star Al Mankhool. I recently moved out with my family as I was bound to be relocated out of the country. The process of getting your deposit? ugh! that's just one thing. Look into these photo I attached and the breakdown of all charges from the deposit. As a Personal Property Advisor, I am well aware of the things should be done. I hope they provide you guys Move in Report and you should have a move out report. In my case, no one has ever provided me of any Move in report as they are so in a rush for you to sign those cheques. Makes me wonder , where did they based all these charges though??? I did even had an inspection report during the move out. by the way, a move out report must be signed by Tenant that he agrees upon the charges and liability of any cost of repair, damages or replacements. Take that from a property advisor. So come to think of it, where did they based these charges if I do not have the report of its condition prior to moving in versus the condition post move out?? very suspicious right? If you are looking to move to a property, I hope this won't be your choice, and I wish that this review will not be removed so you'll be warned before hand. Otherwise, I could only wish you good luck upon your move out. To all those previous tenants, who had the same, I hope this one reached you. Someone needs to step up and to the right thing before this Establishment sign-up another Tenant.
