I and my family booked and travelled by Rwandairline on 2nd Sept from Dubai to Johanesburg. We reached hotel at Johenesburg on 2nd Sept 2019 at 1700 hrs. But my three luggages were not reached at airport along with us. The airlines staff said the luggage was not loaded from Kirgali airport to Johanesberg where we need to chaange flight of same airlines. The staff said luggage will come today night flight at 2300 hrs. I was expecting for the luggage where we have only hand bag with limited stuffs. Next day they said no luggage came from Kirgali and next flight is ion 4th Sept. I waitted at hotel without any dress to change! The 4th sept, I called and they Rwandair replied, out of 3 only 2 luggages came to Johanebyurg.! Waiting for the next to reach by today afternoon.. This was a BIG LIE. Because I checked with afternoon with hotel staff phone they said it will reach you by a courier comnpany. Just 3 minitue before I called then they said, the luggages are lying here but no driver to reach you, I send one of my frioend who working near by to airport and collected the luggage with one bag totally damaged unable to open/use forther, 4 wheels are seperated and materials inside was visible out side. It looks like thrown from very height and total damaged and 2 where broken with locking system broken and partially damaged. I sent mail to Rwandairlines to Dubai office regarding lost luggages. But THEY NEVER replied!!! The Rwand air lines NOT have a mercy to reply for the emaila nd I am fully suspects that, they have hand on this damages and late. After 4th day of my 8 day travel tour, I received luggage with broken stages. My all 4 days are gone. I purchased basic things and cloths from out side with extra payment. Till today, the airlines not at all replied my email and at least not said sorry. I checked with many at Johanesburg where all says this airline have the same issues all times. I have proof what I said here. Damaged bags and other statements.
