I’m staying in the karama centre apartment which is a very convenient location for most of the people as we get easy access to public transportation, groceries, restaurants , gold shops etc... Good management by the team. I have one suggestion regarding the lift in the building which is kinda slow and could improve a better.

I’m really impressed with their service recently, as they seem to address issues promptly. I’ve encountered a few problems in the apartment, but they were resolved quickly. The security service is also quite good, especially at night.

I'm living in Karama centre and the building is ultimately managed by SBK. My apartment building contains ATM, restaurant, mobile shops, gold shops and many more. I can access all our requirement in ground floor itself.
