Very bad customer service given by the lady casher. I was in the store which is next to the OPPO mobile shop at 9:42pm today. I bought some items and was waiting in the Queue to do the payment. The lady at the cash counter was ignoring me several times and was billing the customers who had come after me. Why such an extremely bad customer services given to a customer ????????? When i asked the lady why did she not billing the items bought while she is billing all the other customers. She COMPLETELY IGNORED ME VERY RUDELY. She was showing an attitude as if she doesn’t care at all. Because of this lady’s negative attitude and very poor customer service i left the items i bought at the cash counter. Note to the Owner & Manager : Either you all make sure to have your staffs well trained and to respect a customer. Which your stuff failed to do so in front of many other customers inside your store in Bur dubai branch.
