item missing in box!! so i bought the new MS pro 7 that comes with a surface pen. had them install all needed MS package as well for lifetime. came back home, when i opened the boxes, turned out that the surface pen box is empty, the pen is not inside of the box! dono what to say, i have been chasing them for week calling everyday now to give me a surface pen, and they go by saying well CCTV camera didnt show anybody opened the box! so if i dont have the pen and they didnt take it then what ? i know that i am not lying ! if you wana buy from them, make sure to see all items before u leave the shop. im lucky it was the pen which was missing and not the screen or the charger! Dubai mall store

So shocked that the store manager charged me a hefty 250 dhs for a simple return of a product that was just incompatible. The item was returned to the store the next day, perfectly packed in original packaging... Never experienced this anywhere else. I believe what happened. Jumbo lost more than a customer today, it lost its image built over 40 years by its late founder and managers. So sad that short term money gain took over a long term retailer’s reputation and that basic customer service has vanished there. Happy competitors I guess.

Becoming quite dated this electronic shops is now one of the older stores in mall of the emirates. Good choice of Sony products. Prices are better in Carrefour downstairs for other products
