I visited Daiso Reef Mall today, November 17 around 1 PM, to buy a bubble machine toy along with batteries and bubble solution. I paid a total of AED 64. I want to commend the two Filipina staff members who assisted me — they were very friendly, polite, and even talked sweetly to my 2-year-old daughter. They helped me find everything I needed and even demonstrated how the bubble machine works. Their service was excellent.
However, my experience was affected by another staff member, a male employee of another nationality (possibly Indian). While I understand they were preparing for a briefing, he spoke to us in a very rude and impatient manner, telling us to hurry even though I was a paying customer. Later, when my daughter asked me to open the bubble machine, he again spoke rudely, telling me not to open it because of the soap being slippery. I fully understand the safety concern, but the way he said it was disrespectful and unprofessional.
The two Filipina ladies gave great customer service, but the rude behavior of the other staff member was disappointing, especially after purchasing items worth AED 64. I hope management can address this to ensure better customer experience. قراءة المزيد
