Al Raea Real Estate has been a great company to deal with. The team is professional, organized, and very supportive throughout the process. I would especially like to appreciate Ms. Zahra at the reception. She is extremely warm, patient, and always communicates clearly. She answers all questions politely and makes sure everything is handled smoothly. Very unprofessional service. We left our apartment in good condition with only 3 minor issues, but they deducted AED 1,340 from our AED 1,500 deposit with no valid justification. They never provided proof for the so-called "damages" and communication was terrible. Avoid dealing with them.
