In whole dubai only this is the branch which said doesnt give priority to people of determination , lack of training i guess but as a pod they made me wait

I bought a sim from agent saying it i is a free sim, i misplc the sim and i was not using atall for almost 2years, n now they are making a legal notice on me to pay a huge amount of bill.... I approached to du office but they neglect me.
