In this branch there is no understanding of what CUSTOMER SERVICE is. They been chasing me and offering on of packages till i been convinced. Once payment for the package has been received - i could not get an appointment for my service for 2 months (without any exaggeration). Not a single time my appointment booking has been smooth ans successful. The last time i had to talk to the manager as i receptionist been way rude and my appointment was just canceled without informing me... The Manager was polite and resolved the issue and made my 2 bookings in advance. Guess what? Today is my appointment, nobody called to remind, so i followed up myself and been informed they dont have my appointment in the system..... Im shocked and have no words to describe how this even possible. Never experienced such a terrible service.... Not recommended at all, that's the waste of time, money and nerves!
