WORST COMPANY IN DUBAI THEY WILL LITERALLY STEAL MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT UNTIL THE DAY YOU NOTICED. 1 AFTER USING THEIR SERVICES THEY HAVE TAKEN MONEY FROM MONEY ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY WARNING WHEN I CONFRONTED THEM THE REPLY WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY WILL CREATE AND MAKE YOU PAY FOR SOME FAKE CHARGES BUT THEY WILL NEVER PROVIDE A RECEIPT PROVING THE FINES WERE PAID.

Extremely Unprofessional – Avoid This Company I had a terrible experience with this rental company in June 2025. Poor internal communication, last-minute changes to the agreement, and a filthy car delivered in unacceptable condition — dirty inside and out, with a horrible smell. When I tried to return the car, I was told no replacements were available and was forced to pay the full amount. The staff were rude and dismissive throughout. I decided to let it go, but a month later they charged my account without notice or justification. This company is unprofessional, dishonest, and should be avoided. With service like this, they won’t last in the market.

The worst car rental ever in Dubai, untrusted company, to rent a car from them they would spark the world for you by giving you all like easy, but after renting and returning the car for a month they start to give you a lot of hidden charges and also they start to up use with money even to return the car they charge you additional for service, what makes more funny they are charging In legal money which charging you additional amount for salik which should the prices be fixed as per RTA, specially Please do not deal with the company accountant name adnan Very un polite and not professional. this is unbelievable car rental company and I don’t recommend anyone to rent from them.

Fast service. Cheaper and economical rate for a car rental in a day. Has staff exceptional service. I love their policy of no deposit. No hidden charges. I highly recommend Al Emad!

Классная компания. Второй год пользуюсь и никаких проблем. Цены очень оптимальные, правда депозит 1000 аед. Машину могут доставить в аэропорт за доп оплату. В целом машины в хорошем состоянии. Не жульничали.

Fraudsters to to say the least. They take huge money for non existing “damages” off your card without authorisation which is stealing. Cars are in shocking condition in terms of hygiene and safety. Fuel tank came completely empty. It’s been reported to authorities.

Брали машину в целом все ок, могу рекомендовать. Из недостатков забронировали на определённое время, когда пришли, машина была ещё не готова пришлось ждать 1,5 часа в офисе. Машина была очень прокурена, пришлось самим протирать салфетками. По технической части вопросов не было. Когда вернули приняли быстро, залог вернулся вовремя за минусом платных дорог. Бронировать можно через их сайт.

This company is a complete fraud. They provide faulty and damaged cars and scam customers into paying for the issues. Once a negative comment appears the employees will write 5 positive ones. After my horrible experience with this company I have spoken to other rental companies and everyone is aware of Al Emad practices. Prices on website are fake to lure customers, they will give you a much higher price once contacted.

I have never seen such a shameful behaviour by a company in Dubai before. Do not use them unless you want to be cheated and charged ridiculously high amounts for made up reasons! It is a miracle they still exist in the market as many people reported them to the police already! Stay away at all costs just read the reviews and pick any other rental company, save your time and money!

Disgusting fraud company! Stay away at all costs! They will steal your money for no reason, cars are damaged with technical issues, dirty and stained! Charged my card without my consent for damages that were not mine!

Gave us a car that was previously damaged, the brakes didn’t work properly. It was also clear to see that the bumper was previously damaged and taped. When we drove the car on our last day, the bumper randomly fell off. We explained what happened, they said ok and took the car. Next day we were charged 1500 without anyone saying anything! SCAM

They are amazing people with superB service. I wanted to hire a car for a month as we had a long weekend here in UAE. Service was good and renting a car was easy. They are offering cars at very reasonable rates.

I had a great experience with them. Staff is well mannered and they guided me in a very professional manner. All the work was easy and they dropped the car on my location. Document that they asked are ID and Driving license which I gave them and got my keys on spot.

They do'nt refund the deposit, look on internet, you will find a lot of claims about this behaviour. Not a honnest company, be very carefull, I hired in march 2019 and never saw my deposit ! No answer to my e-mails, no novel, nothing, nada, niet! This company is a shame for Dubaï. J.P Bustin

Be careful. Once I took a car, and battery suddenly got broken. it took a lot of time to wait for assistance. next day same problem arised, because of poor technical service. so again I wasted 2 hours to get a help. and it was on the street, +40 was outside. they refuseed to give me a compensation. I am a bit disappointed.
