I experienced pathetic customer service. I bought two shirts and one pair of jeans on the 17th of January. I wore one of the shirts on the 18th for just a few hours, and the thread started ripping, with some parts looking rough. This evening, the 19th, I went to the shop. I didn’t go to ask for my money back or exchange the item; my only concern was to show them the quality of what they are selling. Upon visiting the shop, I tried to talk to them politely. The salesman who dealt with me and the shop owner, who was at the counter, both responded as if they didn’t see any issue. They asked me, "What should I see? What’s the problem?" I pointed out the threads ripping off, but both of them claimed they couldn’t see it. The owner, who was sitting on a chair, didn’t even bother to stand or come closer to inspect the problem. When I approached the counter, he told me to stay away from it and asked, “What should we do?” I clarified that I wasn’t asking for a return or exchange. My only concern was to show them their product's quality. However, their behavior was shocking. They clearly don’t know how to deal with a customer, especially one who didn’t even bargain for the price while shopping.
