If you had a zero star rating, I would have been tempted to give that. Today I had the worst customer service experience in my 20 years of living in Dubai. Gad Eideeb was incompetent (he took 1 hour to give me a replacement sim and a new number) he was extremely rude and when I told him he could not talk like this to me, he said…at least 4 times “yes, I can talk like this”! (and when I took his name down to report the matter, he pushed aside his jacket and said, I hope you got my full name). Absolutely appalling. His manager was just as bad. I think his name was Hessam. If the manager is himself rude, it will trickle down to the front liners! Thankfully our relationship manager Ruchi Sachdev intervened on the phone and helped me!
