Doctor Rasool is the best dentist in U.A.E. Me and my family has been going to Doctor Rasool for 15+ years, as well as my relatives and family friends. Doctor Rasool is been treating us highly professionally and with the most care to our teeth, in fact so, just yesterday I had done my removal of the wisdom tooth. The operation for the wisdom tooth felt like moments just pass and without pain, I was quite shock and happy that it took just a short amount of time, within 10-15 minutes. And not to mention that the Doctor took the best route in taking out my wisdom tooth due to it having hooks at the bottom instead of it being straight like a normal tooth. To be honest I can say it was a painless experience and still not have felt pain till now writing this. The operation theater has such a calm environment to it and is super clean, as well as organized utilities which are also sanitize (as seen in the picture) and in general the whole clinic is clean and sanitize. I highly recommend going there, I promise your teeth will be in great condition. Also ignore any negative feedback, the reason being the person is a self-centered and an entitled human who doesn’t know the standard protocol taken inside a clinic.

Worst of the worst character😡. If i can give -10 i will choose that. I came to ask about their pricing. The reception said it depends on the condition. I asked only for cleaning, she said the Doctor will check but he is not yet there now so I have to wait. While waiting I open a bag of chip. There is no any sign that It’s not allowed to eat or drink. Less than 2 minutes that guy with specs came, maybe he is the doctor, without saying anything he said its not allowed to eat, why you eat here? You dont know the basic protocol? The lady said she came to check her teeth for cleaning. Doctor told me open your mouth, open your mouth, I said wait I have food in my mouth. I told them what kind of customer service youre giving? He said, ah no need okay go! Go!

Today we had visited Dr. Leena for my 5 year son for filling and restoration for the 1st time. Having known Dr. Rasool and Dr. Leena for their professional service, kind approach and very soft spoken nature, i did not hesitate to do it for my son. The way she made him comfortable in the orthodontic chair was amazing. At his age, he was very restless normally but to our surprise, he was at peace and cooperated with her until the treatment completed. She explained to him before doing each procedure which no one will ever care. Highly recommended for everyone including kids. My wife had her dental procedure too and we almost spent more than 2 hours in their clinic and felt being in safe hands. They made us feel comfortable throughout. Very affordable cost and they will only recommend what is required and shall not give unnecessary burden. We will continue our journey with them since they’re the best. Their clinic is ultra clean and hygienic. Wishing both the best of the best always.
