I just wanna share what i felt Reason why i gave 1 star because of thier OBY doc HEMA,as patient i went thier for check ups to Know what should i do or to understand my setuation as pregnant but the way she is treating the patient is she expected them or us that they knows everything She is speaking like having fun of us client ....i dont feel she is dealing well or treating well the client...the way she asked or speaks . ..

I had an utterly disappointing experience from the pediatric doctor Anusha Bhaskar of Al Noor Poly Clinic, Rashidiya. My friend's 2year's old daughter was suffering from severe chest congestion and fever. The doctor didn't take proper diagnosis and kept it silly. The baby's condition was getting worser and after 6 days the doctor told to take the baby to the hospital. She didnt even ask to take a chest Xray. The baby was taken back to India and was admitted in the ICU for 7 days. The doctor from Choondal Hospital told that the baby would have been at risk by suffocation because of the irresponsible Doctor (Anusha Bhaskar). I suggest everyone NOT to take your baby to Doctors like Anusha and risking your baby's life. 👎🏼

Actually i don't have any complain about the doctors.They all are very polite and professionally handle all the patient in my opinion.The main reason to give one star is for the bad behaving of all the other stuff(not cleaning stuff,you know what i mean). Special mention to the receptionist and Insurance counter stuff.most of them were unprofessional to the patient. They seems like they have no manner toward the patient.there professionalism is so much so bad as they even don't hesitate to comment on someone personality. Hopefully the managing department of al noor will take action to this situation very soon.
