Zajel has a terrible delivery service. I received an SMS with a 3-day commitment, but it’s been 10 days, and I still haven’t received my delivery. I even filed a complaint, but there has been no response. This company’s service is absolutely terrible. Zajel has made me suffer so much just to get my Emirates ID. When I went to their office, they demanded my original old Emirates ID or passport. Now, even after 11 days, the delivery rider is refusing to hand over my ID. Allah O Akbar! They only delivered it after seeing my original passport. I strongly recommend always choosing EMPOST courier services. Such third-class service should be shut down in the UAE!

Worst service ever! It takes more than 4 days to deliver a package. No follow ups on their part unless you call constantly. The customer care agents lie each time that the dispatch is on the way while in reality the package hasn't left the branch and offer no real reason for the delay. should allow review feedback with NO STAR rating because this courier service isn't worth it. Still waiting to receive my EID...

I have been calling their customer service on daily basis and still shipment is not out for delivery.thier supervisor are afraid to contact the customers because they dont know what to say and the one who have to suffer from that is the customer.

Best Service and Experience, the staff was super helpful especially Mr. Umair Khan who took the initiative to assist and speed my Emirates ID delivery in sharjha Al Nahdah. As I had a special situation. TODAY RAIN IN Road But He Deliver my ID. and had to travel the next day. Thank you for the assistance and extremely fast service

Worst service, it's 2nd time stuck in same bad customer service. More then 10 days nobody came to collect pastport. No service to make complain. Horrible people, liar and gives wrong information always. No body is there to moniter them. Unnecessary we stuck in this service.

Worst and horrible experience. Numbers are not working. Hotline plays just a recording and waste money. Agents are putting calls on busy. Horrible services experienced ever. No idea why the immigration and amer still keeps dealing with these kinda horrible agencies. This shouldn't exist in the market. Shittiest ever. no words to describe how horrible the services are. Just to make a visa stamping collection booking I am running behind for weeks now. Such a pathetic organization.

السلام عليكم وبعد . لا خدمة تذكر عن طريق موظفين التوصيل لا يتصلون ابدآ وتاتى رسائل فقط بأنه تم الانتهاء يجب ان تذهب الى الفرع لديهم وهناك دائمآ زحام شديد وتكاسل وتحدث من قبل الموظفين بطريقه غير لائقه . على ان يجب ان ننتظر اكثر من ٥٠ دقيقه . وهناك دائمآ مبررات على اى شيئ . اين الخدمه فى الاسم شركه بريد سريع . ارجو اخذ التعليق بعين الاعتبار . ولسيادتكم جزيل الشكر .

Horrible service as usual! I had to wait for ages for a pickup of my mother's passport for a visa stamping. Now waiting for my daughter's passport collection despite calling to the call center!!! Amer representative told me that the passport should be collected by default but this had never happened. You need to chase and nag them 100 times before they collect and it's really frustrating when you have booked flight ahead!!!!!!!!!!

خدمة سيئه و عدم التزام بالمواعيد و حتى احد الذين يردون على الهاتف للاستفسار عن الطلب طلبت منها رقم هاتف المندوب فجاوبت جواب : عندما يتصل المندوب فيك اطلب منه رقم الهاتف لكي تتواصل معه ....! علماً ان رقم هاتفه سوف يظهر عندي عند اتصاله بي

Very bad service. I am following up for collection since 8 days and no body came for collection. Every time we call, they will say that urgent collection is arranged and nothing happens. Call Center Agents are very rude and not helpful and not ready to help to escalate the matter. Not even deserve 1 star
