We visited KIMSHEALTH in a very sick condition but still had to move unnecessarily between different floors and rooms because there was no proper guidance from the staff. No one clearly explained what was happening or what we needed to do. The whole process was confusing, frustrating and exhausting. It seemed like they only cared about collecting money rather than providing proper care. Totally wasted our time money and energy. Very disappointed and would not recommend this hospital to anyone.

One of worst clinic in dubai. Especially Dr Riaz Ahmmad. 3 hours 5 patients. Happened 4 times. Lot of refferal checks.

Went to them for something as simple as ear piercing for my 1 year old. Was sent to Dr A.M. Iqbal who is apparently a general surgeon. His hands weren’t still and I don’t know exactly what he did but he stuck the gun in my daughters ear. She was in allot of pain, she was bleeding but he kept on doing his stunts which were a pure fail. Me and my husband were shook, we even called the police, where he defended himself saying we were overacting and he didn’t do anything wrong. However if my daughter experiences any swelling I will surely submit a report to MOH. Had to take my child to the other doctor who gave her painkillers and anti inflammatory and antibiotics would be prescribed if situation worsens. I wonder what all he’s done to people because what happens in the operation theatre stays inside there. Please don’t go to him if you value your and your loved ones lives.
