Ordered for breakfast at 09:55 am. And the order reached here after 11:05 am. It's just 3 mi Tues for me to walk to the restaurant. And had to call 3 times to follow up. Each time the guy said I will call him and disconnects my line. Ultimately when order arrived the building name is not mentioned correctly so it was not the mistake of the delivery guy, it was clearly the mistake of order taker. When I called again to ask then he does not want to tell his name or an answer saying I am sorry it will not happen again- that was more than enough to solve the issue. But these guys are full of ego and does not know a hospitality job duties and how to behave to customers. I visit the restaurant regularly and the servers are very polite but the guys in counter and order takers are horrible . It seems they are working for spoiling the name of the restaurant. Its a shame.

Service not good at all. Cockroaches running on the tables and even after complaining the manager or supervisor never even bothered to apologise. So I assume it's a common thing for them.
