Shocking Experience with Gargash Pre-Owned Showroom – Buyers Beware!
“Trust is everything when buying a car, especially under a big name like Gargash and Mercedes-Benz. Unfortunately, my recent purchase of a pre-owned G-Wagon G63 from Gargash Pre-Owned Showroom has been nothing short of a nightmare.Here’s my Experince with trhem :
1. Misleading Information on Mileage
I was assured by the salesperson his name was Rafaat at Sheikh Zaid showroom Dubai that the car had 36,000 km, only to discover later from the documents that it had 57,000 km. Despite this disappointment revelation, I decided not to let it ruin the joy of owning my dream car and decided to go with the purshase as I already paid down payment 200,000 AED by that time.
Io received the car at night and sec day was public holiday so 48 hours and I brought it to top Germany expert Service center as at the showwoom they said they don’t do service contract or warranty and they recommended this service center as authorized centerFollowing Gargash’s own recommendation, I took the car to an authorized service center (German Expert) for the service contract and extended warranty. To my horror, the report revealed major issues, including engine oil leaks, differential oil leaks, and other serious faults with a repair estimate of AED 77,000.Dismissive and Unprofessional Service
When I brought these issues to Gargash pre owned showroom manager Diaa , I was told they do not inspect or service pre-owned cars and sell them “as is.” The manager, shockingly, dismissed my concerns, saying I had signed the document and should accept the car in its current state so oviously I was talking to a person who didn’t even care you could see clearely that its hit and run deal , he got the money to reach his target and covered him self legaly under the clasue you sign *( sold as is ) they hid behind the “sold as is” clause, completely disregarding basic transparency and quality checks. It’s shocking that such practices happen under a 5-star showroom with the Mercedes-Benz name attached In DubaiI purchased this car for AED 505,000 from a 5-star showroom under the Mercedes-Benz name. I trusted Gargash to uphold the reputation of transparency and quality associated with their brand. Instead, they prioritized making a sale over their customers’ trust and satisfaction. قراءة المزيد
