NEVER COMING BACK HERE – THE STAFF IS RUDE AND DOES NOT RESPECT GUESTS. My sister flew to Dubai, and we live here. We just wanted to sit and spend time together, BUT WE WERE NOT EVEN ALLOWED TO DO THAT. At the reception, the girl met us RUDELY and immediately said that THE MANAGER WAS COMPLETELY UNAVAILABLE. We ASKED MANY TIMES, but she kept refusing, and only after 15 MINUTES of persistent and rude discussion did we MANAGE TO GET HER TO CALL THE MANAGER. When she called, it turned out the MANAGER WAS ACTUALLY THERE, but she SPOKE IN HER OWN LANGUAGE, not in English, even though we asked to communicate in an international language. Instead of proper communication – RUDENESS, DISAPPROVING LOOKS, and constant calls. We would have left after sitting peacefully for a while, but we were NOT ALLOWED TO DO EVEN THAT. At 3 AM, WE WERE DISTURBED: CALLS, ALARM TURNED ON, KNOCKING ON THE DOOR. They clearly knew that we DID NOT STAY AT THE HOTEL, and even the next day, they did not tell us to check out, since they knew we weren’t there. We had to book an ADDITIONAL ROOM for 4 people, even though there were only 3 of us, and we weren’t planning to stay overnight. Even after payment, we were not allowed to spend our time normally. I have been living in Dubai for 2 years and HAVE WORKED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE MYSELF – I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH ATTITUDE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, NO RESPECT FOR GUESTS. The receptionist handed over to the next shift, and HE ALSO SPOKE TO US RUDELY. It all gives the impression that the staff ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY, not guests. COMPLETELY RUINED EXPERIENCE. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.
