I have recently purchased a BMW X5. It's a great product but I am unhappy about some minor changes, that are important to me. 1. The second original key has been discontinued. This has been replaced by a digital key. This is functionally okay but not appropriate for Dubai lifestyle where we have to give our cars for valet parking frequently. A card is not handy in such situation. It can be cloned or can be damaged. The valet parking people can't attach a tag to the card. This very impractical change is unwanted. I have been asked to pay AED 2000 for another key which was my basic assumption. Very unthoughtful of BMW. 2. The kidney grill in front of the car is of silver metallic color instead of black that was show in all cars that were displayed. Again, AED 2000 demand to replace that. It's not a great buying experience to pay additional sum after buying a brand-new car for basic features of the product. The agency or the manufacturers should replace the short comings at their costs.

Im writing to a complaint Regarding the unsatisfactory service and Unauthorized Use of my BMW vehicle . On September 27th , I brought my new BMM car , which had only 9600 kilometers on it , to your service center following a rear end collision. I was informed that the repair would take approximately two weeks , given that the damage was not extensive , However to my great disappointment , the vehicle remained at your service center for over 35 days , with little communication from your side about this deelays , Despite my repeated inquiries , I was only informed yesterday that my vehicle be deliverd to my workplace , Upon receiving the vehicle, I was shooked to discover that the odometer now reads 11600 kilometers , indicating that an additional 2000 kilometers that been driven the time it was in your care . Thiis is unacceptable and raises serious conserns about how my vehicle was used during the repair period , Moreover , I noticed that the vehicles detIls were entered into your system on October 8th 2024 and not onn the actual date of september 27th when I handed over the vehicle , I expect a prompt and detailed response to my concerns. Im really upset and surprised by something like this happening to a nig company's like BMW.
