Great movie theatre! But AWFUL click & collect service!!! Never go for click and collect, the line moves much faster. You will end up waiting for half an hour and being late for your movie (we’ve done it twice, both times the same). They did it so inefficiently - one person takes the order and prepares them on the spot… so it takes much longer than the live queue.

Go' Platinum' and do dinner and a movie. The Platinum Suites are nice with comfortable seating and service; can book online and choose your seats before you go. Worth the experience.

It’s nice. The platinum experience is cool because you get a concierge, a seat that fully reclines, a pullout table and a smaller theatre. Everything (ticket purchase, food) is automated, otherwise.

A wonderful experience. Tied for the best with VOX Mall of the Emirates as the best cinema experiences I've had in all my travels. Nice to see Dubai taking their cinemas seriously.

This used to be a good place but it has since gone downhill with their renovations which are taking longer then expected (since Jan 17) hope it finishes soon, so that it goes back to being great.

Due to renovation now a days book well on advance otherwise face disappointment. Very small screens available during renovation now a days unfortunately.
