I was extremely disappointed with the customer service at Du at Dubai Mall G floor last Sunday. My sister and I came to Dubai as tourists and wanted to activate a SIM card, but no one offered to help us. When we asked for assistance, the agents were laughing instead of helping. Eventually, one lady got up, asked us irrelevant questions, and told us to ‘relax’ which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Overall, the experience was unserious, disrespectful, and I would not recommend going there as a Black person because the level of disrespect was unacceptable.

Highly recommend Don’t use Du service Just because of unqualified I was visit in Dubai Mall branch There’s One guy his name is Zeeshan he’s first he’s misguide after he’s Misbehaving very cheap customer service I will cancel my all contacts from Du.

Awful service, too long time waiting in queue, like for 2 hours 2 people. I wanted only to buy a SIM card and spent for queue 2 days ! And couldn’t get it. Are they work or what they do there ???? Of course I went to Etisalat and did it only in 15 minutes. I’ll never use DU anymore. This place didn’t hear about customer service
