The application for Entry Permit was not uploaded fully. Hence, we kept getting SMS from GDRFA to upload the missing documents. We had provided the trying center all the documents to the satisfaction of the agent at the desk. After the first couple of times the agent refused to respond to the request for document upload by GDRFA. He claimed the he had done enough for the amount of fee that the typing center gets for each application. Now I am stuck with an incomplete application for which I have paid the full fees of AED 1,250.00. This ID definitely not my mistake as the system is accessible only to typing centers. Now I have visited the GDRFA twice. On both occasions I have been asked to go back to the typing center and have the missing document uploaded. The application was filled on 3 July 2018, and today is the 26 July 2018 and there is no result. The agent at the typing center cut off my phone very abruptly refusing to help any more.
