Horrible expirence ever. I was took membership 3+1 months.My manager knew that mainly I need yoga and pilates and I will no use gym. After I got membership I come to pilates class and find it out if sheddule. Ok,I used yoga classes and they also closed it.This reason I froze my membership cause it start be useless. Still I had 28 days of membership (plus if I frize it I pay 84 aed club told I got FREE month) I asked call me when yoga classes will back but they call me and told my membership finished!I came 4 times to solve it but they just ignored my requests. They don't want back mine 28 days plus months which in contract they should add me after freezing. Only 1 months. Also still yoga classes didn't back and still membership is usless for me. PS :Extremely noisy managers which annoying u to ask friends to join etc. The horrible ever attitude. Highly no reccommend.
