The Fly Express delivery guy came to my building on the 26th of October I, at 14:55 pm to deliver 3 packages ( Al Forsan village). He was expecting me, a costumer (and a lady) to somehow bring him a trolley downstairs, because otherwise he cannot bring the packages. I don't understand how is possible for a delivery person to come so unprepared, unprofessional and unwilling. made an effort and organised with the building naintenance team to borrow him a trolley. I went out of my way to take him to the storage room, where he chose one trolley and 1 accompanied him around the building, using the ramps, to the van. Half way, all of a sudden, he decided that actually the trolley is not suitable (even though he saw it from the beginning and chose it) and he'll cone back tonight (at this point I already told him 3 times that I will not be available at night). Then he asked me who will bring this trolley back to the storage room now. I was shocked that above all, now he also expected me to bring this trolley back now and without saying anything, I just took it myself and left. I never had such a horrible experience with any delivery person.

Worst worst worst courier in the whole UAE!!!! We always using fly express as our courier, but the driver and the people in yoir office are all rude and very unprofessional, not helpful and worst service!! Please never use this courier, they are having very cheap service and u professional. I asked them to pick up my items to deliver in Ayla grand hotel and there is a request for cheque collection. The driver told me he will deliver same day at night or next morning if he dont deliver at night, They delivered it after 3 days!!!! And the driver reason is he went to wrong hotel (Ayla hotel instead of ayla grand) Today he delivered the items in Ayla grand but the driver dont want to wait for the cheque, i told him i already send the cheque reciept to the email of the accountant and asked him to come to him inside the hotel, he told me he is in a hurry and have to deliver more items! He will not take even 5mns inside to collect the cheque. He also lied that he waited 2 hours in the hotel but i spoke to the security and security said he stayed there not even 15mns. So i called the driver and pleaee him to go back inside the hotel and he refused! He even told me call my office and complain! How come your driver have the guts to say that to the customer??? And when i called the office to complain about the driver, they always defending him against me! They believing the lies of this driver and the guy in the office told me "we cannot do anything about the driver" and thats is why the driver have the audacity to tell that to me to complain on him cos he knows that the office will cover up for him! You should teach your people how to handle a customer complain and customer service.
