I am a regular customer here in KNH and I have very good reviews about the staff who catered on the past transactions. But this fast few days I think he is a new staff the guy who have braces. He doesn't know what his work is, always busy picking up his phone, I was so upset about his work, wrong size of photos. I told him that I need the right size. But he told me I need to pay for the another one. His attention is not on his duty but on his mobile phone. I was very upset.
