Without any further information they cance my tickw and not yet any mails and info regarding the flight cancel. booking confirmed on 09/09/26 Today is 16/09/2026. Not yet any respon from the makemytrip and flight company.

Very unprofessional Flight delay by Make my trip and I cancelled my booking and requested for refund 23 November 2024 But after 10 days I called they said cancellation is done I crossed checked with airline is this my PNR NUMBER cancelled or not the said still active oh. Come on Then I called and crossed checked is it cancelled and refused they said there is technical issue honestly I am travelling more then 11 years in my all experience I never seen those kind of unprofessional thanks god I follow up on time But they said I have to pay for cancellation and almost they deducted 35% of my amount And because of there mistake I suffered and I paid almost 100$ for there mistake so pls guys be careful don’t believe on this application and always spend some more money but always book the ticket form Airline directly Regard Hanny
