While I must say that the car itself is truly excellent and easily one of the best I have owned, I am extremely disappointed with the service experience. This is now my second visit, and despite having raised similar concerns during my first service, there has been no improvement whatsoever. Over the past 11 years living in Dubai, I have owned and serviced vehicles from brands such as Nissan and Honda, where the level of customer service, attention to detail, and overall experience were consistently outstanding. Unfortunately, my experience here has been the complete opposite. The lack of proper customer handling, extended waiting times, and poor communication have made the entire process frustrating. What is even more concerning is the condition in which the car was handed back to me after the wash, which clearly does not reflect the standards one would expect. As a customer, this is quite disheartening because while the product itself is exceptional, the after-sales service fails to match its quality. I genuinely hope that these concerns are taken seriously and addressed, as it significantly impacts the overall ownership experience.
