I am very disappointed of air port branh service center my vehickle booking was confirmed tod at 11 50 am and the service agent collect my car after 2 hours and telling if i dont like can cancelled my booking honestly the staff they are not patient with customer. Still here waitng for collectin until now

Even though you're a walk in customer dob't ever go to reception, they're wasting your time, directly go to a Service Adviser, believe me or not it us quick...

While you are waiting for the service of your car to be done, make sure you bought your water with you, it's 5 AED for a 500ml bottle here at the caribou coffee..... 😱
