I am extremely disappointed with the poor service during my driving test process at GMDC. • I was misled about instructor availability at the Al Aweer branch and faced unresponsive staff. • The call center wait times are over 10 minutes, which is highly inconvenient. • I had to switch to the Al Qusais branch, enduring over two-hour travel times and inconsistent training from different instructors. • Conflicting advice from instructors and assessors caused confusion, leading to five test failures despite spending over 4,000 AED. This experience has been frustrating and disheartening. Please improve your services for future students.

Most terrible experience in my life, I will not recommend this school to anybody. To book a test or lesson, or to just check the availability they will ask you to wait for 24 hours, that you will get a call. But nobody will call you, you have to follow up again and they will tell you. Oh sorry, oh apologies for it, they will call you. And the same story again. Finally after 4 days you will get a call, and what ? Nothing will be available as usual, and you have to book in 2 weeks advance. Stay away from this schol

I lost my time, my money and my nerves. I have 6 years driving experience. However, It’s been already 7 months since I can’t get my license, because either, they don’t answer for calls either they don’t have available slots. And then I receive a message that my period has expired. Very funny! I’m soo disappointed with your system of making money. That’s not cool at all! I’m just fed up with your horrible service. I spent more than 7000 aed and more than 7 months
